Job description:

As the principal liaison between our clients and the rest of our firm, the senior strategist plays several mission critical roles, including:

· Nurturing, growing and managing our relationship with clients;
· Providing “value added” expertise in marketing, communications, and business development strategy and tactics; and
· Coordinating the project management and delivery of Jaffe services and products to the client so that the client considers Jaffe an extension of, and integral part of, their organization.

Required Attributes:

· Highly focused and precise with a clear understanding of strategy, detail-oriented, well organized and innovative.
· Highly developed consultative skills and clear and concise communication and writing skills.
· Self-starter who can and will take responsibility for Jaffe’s relationship with smart, well-educated and aggressive clients.
· The appreciation of and the capacity to work virtually, and still lead and be part of a team.
· The ability to provide clients with business savvy guidance at both the strategic and tactical levels, and to offer value-added business advice far transcending commodity services.
· Extremely comfortable using leading edge technology, and aware of new technologies.
· Decision maker who is willing to be given authority and is able to take responsibility.
· Understands business finance, budgeting and billing.

Qualifications:

Candidates must demonstrate *senior-level* marketing experience in the professional services sector (law firm, accounting firm, architectural/engineering firm, etc.), in an advertising or public relations agency account management position, or in a consulting capacity. Candidates with agency and/or own business experience strongly preferred. Only candidates with these qualifications will be considered.

Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be calculated as a combination of a high commission percentage on hours billed, business development bonuses and other bonuses. Estimated total compensation range is $75,000 to $150,000+ annually.
