Account Executive

Responsibilities:
· Spearhead media relations programs
· Day-to-day client contact and interaction with key team members
· Manage written materials, including status reports, client correspondence
· Assist with the management of event and tour logistics and production of collateral materials
· Work with senior team members to develop strategic initiatives
· Mentor junior team members on accounts
Requirements:
· 2-3 years of PR agency experience with corporate client experience
· Strong organizational skills
· Superior written/oral communications skills
· Hands-on client interaction/service experience
· Heavy media relations background, business and trade press contacts a plus
Digital Strategist

Requirements:
· Experience developing and executing public relations campaigns with a digital emphasis for our clients
· Ability and established track record in actively participating in the development of social media plans and their execution
· Deep professional experience in emerging media, with a clear understanding how to apply tools and technology to client work, including but not limited to: blogs, blogging; Twitter; Facebook; YouTube; Wikipedia; Skype, UStream; online gaming and apps; Search Engine Optimization, Ad Words, etc.
· Proven understanding of print and broadcast media and where social media intersects
· Ability to translate trends, technologies and metrics into conversational English
· Experienced client counselor, relationship manager and account manager
· Flexibility to be a hands-on team player, adding value, creating strategies, programs, and instructional guidance to all levels and teams
· Familiarity at building and presenting concepts/programs for clients and new business opportunities
· Strong project-management skills
· Ability to mobilize, supervise and motivate teams
· Minimum 4 years of communications experience; 3-4 years in the interactive space

Media Analyst

Responsibilities:
· Daily monitoring: seek and capture relevant coverage in the press, as well as coverage of interest to PR team
· Circulate coverage as part of regularly scheduled clip package
· Circulate relevant breaking coverage real-time
· Daily scoring: read, score and input the coverage from each day’s press clippings by close of business for that day
· Business unit alignment: coordinate with BU partners in PR to ensure quality and accuracy of ongoing measurement
· Research: provide research services beyond news coverage to help PR team stay informed and competitive
· Provide monthly competitive tracking as requested
· Maintain the analysts relations database
· Maintain the customer relations database
· Develop strategic recommendations
· Supervise 4-6 employees
Requirements:
· 3-4 years of relevant experience
· Expertise in utilizing Internet and advanced researching skills to gather information from public and private databases and news services
· Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience in PR agency environment
· Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
